Orders are processed after confirmation and payment. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, and whether the item is in stock or pre-order.

Please make sure your name, phone number, and delivery address are correct before placing your order. Dar Al Ramz is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery information.

In-stock orders are prepared and shipped as soon as possible after confirmation.

Delivery delays may happen due to courier schedules, public holidays, or high order volume.

Shipping fees, if applied, are shown during checkout or confirmed before delivery.

Refund Policy

Refunds and returns.

Refunds are only accepted if the item arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a clear manufacturing issue. The item must be unused and reported within a reasonable time after receiving the order.

Change of mind, incorrect selection, or customer mistakes may not be eligible for refund. Please review your order carefully before checkout.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging where possible.

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and may change due to production, shipping, customs, courier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Pre-order payment secures your item from the upcoming batch.

Pre-order timelines are estimates and may be updated when needed.

If you order in-stock and pre-order items together, they may ship together once all items are ready.
